Mr. Katubiya is the founder and CEO of Buk Holdings Ltd, a company involved in retailing heavy duty truck spares, quarry mining, transport and logistics across Zambia. For the last 24 years, Benjamin has been at the helm of BUK Holdings growing it from an initial capital of $300 to a multimillion enterprise. His company was named as the Best SME of the year 2009 and also emerged among the Top 15 companies in the Africa Awards for Entrepreneurship in 2010. He is an entrepreneur coach and leadership mentor appointed by The US Embassy in Zambia as a leadership and business mentor for the Mandela-Washington Fellows in 2014. He is an award winning Marketer and was accorded “Marketing Personality of the Year” award.
